About Us

Community Care Initiative is a UK-based charity dedicated to advancing the education and overall well-being of young Africans in Milton Keynes and across the country.

We exist to bridge learning gaps, build confidence, and equip young people with the tools they need to succeed—not just in school, but in life. Through specialised tutoring, one-on-one mentorship, career guidance, and life skills development, we empower the next generation to unlock their full potential.

Our work is rooted in community, compassion, and resilience. We partner with schools and local organisations to create safe, nurturing spaces where young people feel seen, supported, and inspired to thrive.
