Pathways to Purpose – Youth Career Readiness Programme
We offer personalised academic support that meets each learner where they are, helping them build confidence, master key subjects, and thrive in school and beyond.
We support young people aged 16–25 to build confidence, gain career clarity, and transition successfully into employment.
This 12-week structured programme provides practical, hands-on support including CV development, interview preparation, communication skills, and access to mentorship and real-world career insights.
Participants are guided through a step-by-step journey—from understanding their strengths to applying for real opportunities—ensuring they leave the programme better equipped for the workplace.
